Privacy Policy

Boatright Appliance Repair, LLC is a family-owned appliance repair business serving southern Missouri and northern Arkansas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you request service or communicate with us, how we use that information, and the choices you have. By using our services or communicating with us, you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide when you request service or communicate with us, including:

• Contact information — your name, phone number, and email address
• Service address — the address where service will be performed
• Appliance details — the type, brand, and model of the appliance needing service, and a description of the problem

We collect this information when you call, text, email, or submit a service request through our website.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule and perform appliance repair services
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders
• Communicate with you about your service, including scheduling changes, repair updates, and follow-up
• Respond to your questions and requests

We use your information only for these service-related purposes.

Text Messaging (SMS)

By providing your phone number to Boatright Appliance Repair, LLC, you agree to receive text messages from us about your appointments and services, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates.

Opting out of text messages will not affect our ability to provide service, but we may need to reach you by phone or email instead for appointment-related communications.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except as needed to provide our services — for example, with the service providers that help us schedule appointments, send messages, and process service requests — or when required by law.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us and to limit access to it to those who need it to provide your service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Your Choices

• Text messages: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us.
• Your information: To ask what information we have about you, or to request a correction or deletion, contact us using the information below.
