Thank you for choosing Boatright Appliance Repair, LLC. These Terms of Service explain how our services work — scheduling, pricing, warranties, and text messaging — so there are no surprises when we come to your home or business.
By scheduling service with us, requesting a repair, or providing us your phone number, you agree to the terms below. If you have any questions, call us at (417) 259-6733 and we’ll be glad to help.
Boatright Appliance Repair, LLC provides residential and light commercial appliance repair, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves and ovens, and ice machines. Microwave repair is available on warranty jobs only. We also perform appliance installations, including dishwashers and over-the-range microwaves.
We serve customers throughout southern Missouri and northern Arkansas. If you’re unsure whether your location is within our service area, give us a call and we’ll let you know.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for any appliance or job — for example, where a repair would be unsafe, where parts are no longer available, or where a brand or appliance type is outside the scope of what we service.
You can book service in any of these ways:
Appointment times are scheduled in arrival windows. Our technicians run routes across a wide service area, and traffic, weather, or a prior job running long can shift arrival times. We’ll do our best to keep you updated if we’re running behind.
Cancellations & rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us notice as early as you can — ideally before your appointment window begins — by calling (417) 259-6733. Someone 18 or older should be present at the property during the appointment.
After diagnosing the appliance, your technician will provide a quote for the repair before any repair work begins. No repair work will be performed without your approval of the quoted price.
Payment is due on completion of the service visit. If you choose not to proceed with a quoted repair, the $80 service call fee is still due for the trip and diagnosis. Quotes are based on the condition of the appliance at the time of diagnosis; if additional problems are found during the repair, we’ll discuss any change in price with you before continuing.
Our repairs carry a workmanship warranty: if a repair we performed fails because of our workmanship, contact us and we’ll make it right. Parts installed by us are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s parts warranty, where one applies.
The warranty covers the specific repair performed. It does not cover new or unrelated failures, damage caused by misuse, power surges, flooding, pests, or work performed on the appliance by anyone else after our visit. Warranty service must be scheduled through us — call (417) 259-6733 to arrange it.
By providing your phone number to Boatright Appliance Repair, LLC, you agree to receive text messages from us about your appointments and services — for example, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, and service follow-ups.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and service activity.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel (opt out of) text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (417) 259-6733.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can receive our services without agreeing to receive text messages; if you opt out, we’ll simply contact you by phone or email instead.
Your phone number is used to communicate with you about your service. We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. Delivery of text messages depends on your mobile carrier, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boatright Appliance Repair, LLC’s total liability arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — such as spoiled food, water damage, or loss of use — except where such damages result directly from our negligence.
Appliances are complex machines, and a diagnosis reflects the appliance’s condition at the time of inspection. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, prior repairs by others, or failures of parts or systems outside the scope of the repair we performed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time; the version posted on this page, with its effective date, is the version that applies.
